- To be responsible for daily operation and transaction work and ensure the work is efficiently and accurately completed on time and meets all operational and service standards through effective capacity and workflow management.
- To ensure operation and branch service team members strictly adhere to the regulatory and compliance requirements and internal control standards.
- To oversee the service quality of the branch and deal with customers’ complaints to ensure high quality service is delivered.
- To train, groom and develop operation and branch service team members through consistent and regular coaching and mentoring
- Coordinate branch security, general administrative and other general service items.
- Manage expenses and identify opportunities to rationalize resource utilization, process improvement and to complete the ad-hoc operation projects assigned.
- 3-5 years' banking working experience
- Familiar with branch operation
- Good communication Skills
- Good team player
- Accept the business trip
