Credit Card and Digital Lending Project Manager

  • Responsible for managing all aspects of one or more product lines to minimize product potential regulatory risk
  • Lead, motivate, develop and groom a strong team of professionals
  • Leading and assisting in root cause analysis for material risk events and control breaks including an effective feedback loop to local and regional management. Compile the review outcome and provide feedback on standardization of alert monitoring process across functions
  • Ensuring that relevant control policies, procedures, deviations and risk acceptances are accurate, complete, and up-to-date, and are reviewed and if needed renewed on a timely basis
  • Proactively and promptly notifying and escalating material emerging and existing issues and risks
  • Proactively monitoring all internal and external audits, reviews and examinations relating to Credit Card and Unsecured Lending Product
  • Promoting a strong culture of risk and control awareness and compliance with policies and requirements in the Credit Card and Unsecured Lending Product, coordinating and interacting with other First Level of Control units such as the Consumer Business Operation Risk Control (CBORC), Second Level Control functions such as Operational Risk Management (ORM), Country Legal, Country Compliance(including Product compliance and AML compliance), and Country Finance, and Internal Audit as the Third Level of Control, on Credit Card and Unsecured Lending Product related risk and control initiatives, implementations, assessments, and reporting


  • Working experience in the financial/ banking industry for at least 10 years, and credit card experience of minimum 2 years, with solid performance track record
  • Experience in banking operations, audit or compliance is prefer
  • Ability to handle pressure, can manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks well
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence without direct authority, a good team player and have the ability to work collaboratively across matrix organization
  • Good command of English and Mandarin with the ability to read, write and converse
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
