TTS Client Operations Learning & Development Specialist

Locations: 都柏林, 倫斯特省 Job Function: Operations Employee Status: Regular Job ID: 20158971

Key responsibilities

  • Designing and developing training programmes on in house platforms.
  • Stay up to date with industry wide technologies and solutions with a view to implementing where applicable.
  • Create online training videos.
  • Choosing appropriate training methods per module – classroom, virtual, E-learning.
  • Establish good working relationship with Innovation Labs and identify any suitable projects that would benefit Client Operations in a development capacity.
  • Marketing available training opportunities to employees and providing relevant information.
  • Identify training gaps across the region and provide solutions for these gaps.
  • Deliver training to teams onsite and remotely 
  • Work with management team to address training needs and ensure these are met.
  • Deliver regular updates on current and upcoming projects to senior audience.

Skills

  • Strong creative skills – previous experience of designing training an necessity
  • Experience with industry wide Learning & Development tools
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to liaise with cross regional teams

  • Proven leadership skills essential.

Technical expertise to launch new training tools

Qualifications:

  • Min 3 years banking experience.
  • Education: 3rd level degree in Business or other relevant discipline  Or Qualifications in finance / operations / banking discipline would be advantageous
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies
  • Demonstrates ability to be a team player
