Branch Account Service Officer

The Cash and Trade Proc Analyst 1 is an intermediate level role responsible for executing complex transactions and participating in complex processes in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The overall objective is to act as a subject matter expert while processing all regular transfers, payments, trade transactions, and wholesale card activity.

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily account opening, maintenance, and closing processing

• Daily compliance check on all account relating documents

• Perform relating reporting, both internal and external

• Provide professional and standard service to corporate counter clients

• Handle both relationship managers and clients’ inquiry

• Perform other tasks assigned by direct manager

• Maintain various manual registers and relevant records

• Contact client to confirm / notify account opening, if needed

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years account service or relating experience in corporate banking area

• Good personality, high responsibility, willing to work under pressure

• Good communication skill both in English and Chinese

• Good knowledge of relating regulations

• A team worker, willing to learn

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
