Regulatory Reporting team within Finance is responsible for preparation of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly returns to Central Banks and other policymakers. The reporting requirements are spread across Financial, Statistical, and Prudential regimes.

Financial and Statistical reporting team is responsible for categorizing end of period positions in the form of locally required balance sheet & P&L statements, while Prudential reporting team is responsible for capital adequacy calculation as per actual Basel rules, which includes accurate monitoring and reporting of capital ratios to several stakeholders including senior management, business leads and regulators.

In this position you will use and expand your experience and professional skills for the following responsibilities:

  • Production & delivery of daily, monthly & quarterly regulatory returns and monitoring reports

  • Maintenance and further enhance of controls & reports including reconciliations, adjustments & variance analysis

  • Liaison with multiple departments of the covered countries (including Financial Control, Treasury, Risk and Technology departments) to resolve issues

  • Support to Country Finance teams on an ad-hoc basis (e.g. audits, regulatory inquiries)

  • Checking and ensuring that procedures, processed notes and policies are up-to-date and applied to adequately cover rules and regulations

  • Participation in projects to implement any new or changing regulatory requirements and enhancing the regulatory reporting system infrastructure


The ideal candidate for this position preferably possesses the following qualifications and skills:

  • 3+ years of experience in financial, regulatory or risk reporting

  • Self-motivated and detail oriented

  • Working knowledge of related financial regulations (for instance CRD, CRR2)

  • Good understanding of Financial Markets and Products

  • Programming knowledge (KNIME, Python or other technologies) is an advantage

  • Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
