HR Inquiry Management Specialist

The HR Delivery Team strives to deliver world-class HR operations to the Human Resources department and Citi employees worldwide by providing support in new employee onboarding, payroll, time and attendance tracking, and compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Provide HR deliverables support on time and with the highest level of customer experience focus for HR services of Stakeholder Services

• Respond efficiently and accurately to the employees explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued

• Maintain ownership of inquiries throughout the lifecycle of the employee’s request, including follow-ups with end-users

• Support resolution of complex cases with investigations

• Participate in projects and prepare reports

• Identify areas for process enhancements and improve service delivery documentation (process maps, training materials)

Ideal background:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 0-1 year of professional experience, fresh graduates are also welcome

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Good organizational skills and team-player attitude

• Proactive and engaged, positive attitude
