Procurement and Third-Party Management (P&TPM) is responsible for procuring products and services for Citigroup and manages the risks associated with Citi’s use of and reliance upon third party relationships, including outsourced arrangements, across all business lines and locations. P&TPM defines and oversees the implementation of policies and standards that provide controls to assess and manage risks related to Citi’s third-party relationships and outsourcing arrangements. The goal of P&TPM is to support Citi’s selection and management of third parties capable of providing products and services in a safe and sound manner and at a reasonable cost and to manage the risks associated with third parties.

Citi is currently seeking a Third Party Management strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business.  This role will have a specific focus on Citi’s Data and MI for TPM.

What you’ll do:

  • Compile, review and provide TPM metrics that represent risks or issues on a monthly basis with the applicable stakeholders, forums and committees

  • Escalate issues that arise due to the failure to execute TPM Program requirements to the applicable In-Business Risk, TPO, BAO, and other stakeholders; where appropriate

  • Monitor TPM execution of the Cluster/Country against the TPM requirements

  • Inform TPM & Sector Stakeholders on Country / Legal Entity Specific requirements in relation to outsourcing regulations

  • Support Supplier relationship risk reduction reviews, in partnership with In-Business Risk, TPO, and BAO

  • Lead and/or support in TPM projects for the Cluster as required by Global programs

  • Assist in any Regulatory, Internal Audit, ORM/ICRM exams and request

What we’ll need from you:

  • 3-5 years relevant work experience in Business Risk & Controls

  • 2+ years’ experience in financial services.

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree

  • Fluent English knowledge, any other EMEA language knowledge is an advantage (e.g. French, German)

  • Strong MS Excel, MS Access, SAS, SQL, Visual Basic a plus.

  • Third party vendor management preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead global team efforts

  • Excellent problem solving skills Ability to see the big pictures with high attention to critical details

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategy and process improvement initiatives.
