The Business Coordinator is an entry level position responsible for contributing to the overall administrative activities of a business. These tasks may include participation in external audits, business continuity activities or addressing regulatory issues. The Business Coordinator may also participate in activities such as the tracking of business financials, managing employee headcount or coordination of other administrative needs. The overall objective of this role is to ensure the business functions in a seamless and effective manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as a support coordinator for administrative functions and a source of information for various departments and keep each unit up-to-date on the activities of the others
  • Maintain and monitor records of information pertaining to finance, business, head count, budgets, audits, reconciliation, payments, customer experience etc.
  • Create and maintain a common framework across units, in partnership with other business coordinators
  • Assist departments with day-to-day administrative tasks and coordination of events such as senior leadership visits
  • Engage with customers to address concerns, and escalate to appropriate area(s) depending on issue; see the problem through to resolution
  • Assist with various project management components, as needed
  • Identify and contribute to key business projects and initiatives across units
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:
  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Expert mastery of PC and word processing
  • Proven relationship management skills
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience

$63,710.00 - $88,890.00
