Citibank, N.A. seeks an Apps Dev Tech Lead Analyst for its Rutherford, New Jersey location.

Duties: Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation, utilizing advanced knowledge of system flow. Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative software solutions. Partner with multiple tech management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals as well as identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements. Resolve variety of high impact problems and projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards. Provide expertise and advanced knowledge of applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint. Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals. Develop and implement transformation (ETL) logic to support the data provisioning and data consumption requirements. Responsible for ensuring completeness and accuracy of data profiling ELT Operational tools and software. Collaborate and contribute towards common goals like Design review sessions, Pilot development and POC with globally diversified team spread over international locations and time-zones. Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Requires at least a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Applications or related field and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience as a Reports Analyst, Data Engineer, Module Leader, or related position involving Data Extraction (ETL), Data analysis and reporting in financial domain. 6 years of experience must include: Apache Spark, Hive, Kafka; Scala, Python; Abinitio, Oracle; Cloud technologies: ORAAS, IBM S3 (Simple Storage Service); Intellij, Eclipse, SQL Developer, Arcadia, Tectia, Tableau, Hue, Jenkins, Sonar; OpenShift, Unravel, Cloudera Manager; and Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8, Tibco.
