We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer, Assistant Trust Officer – Citi Private Bank based in Singapore.  Being part of our team means that we’ll provide you with the resources to meet your unique needs, empower you to make healthy decision and manage your financial well-being to help plan for your future.  For instance:

In this role, you’re expected to:

  • Manage an existing book of trust and estate accounts working alongside a Trust Officer: types of accounts include revocable and irrevocable trusts, both discretionary and directed.
  • Handling the administration and paperwork for the facilitation all matters relating to the day to day administration of trust structures.
  • Compliance with legal requirements and internal procedures in relation to account activity:  including identification and reporting to our Senior Risk Committee and management of the risk of financial loss and/or damage to Citi’s reputation arising from the activities within the Citi Trust businesses;
  • Communication:  Communicate effectively with Trust Officers, Senior Management, Internal and External Stakeholders on all Trust administration matters.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

  • At least 1-2 years of working experience
  • Preferably in trust management and administration; working experience in other fields will be considered.
  • Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Good interpersonal skills / Team player.
  • Quick Learner and Meticulous.
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
