We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as VP, Records Management Lead Analyst - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Records Management Lead Analyst - C13) based in Singapore. Being part of our team means that we’ll provide you with the resources to meet your unique needs, empower you to make healthy decision and manage your financial well-being to help plan for your future.  For instance:

The Records Management Lead Analyst is a professional responsible for supporting the development of standards & procedures to ensure adherence to the enterprise Records Management Policy. The Records Management Lead Analyst is a critical partner across Business and Function stakeholder teams, including Compliance, Finance, Risk, Human Resources, Internal Audit, Legal, Operations and Technology, as well as Records Management to support the adoption of consistent standards and capabilities. The professional should have understanding of records lifecycle (Creation, Identification, Retention and Disposition) and experience in creating, drafting, and implementing Records Management policy and standards. Additionally, the Lead Analyst should be able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization; attention to detail is needed for success in this role.

In this role, you’re expected to:

  • Development of standards & procedures to support the Functions in their execution of the Record Keeping Policy

  • Review of Policy Dispensation/Waivers and co-ordinate with Policy and Standard Owner for approval

  • Analysis of Breaches and Identification of the root cause through engagement with applicable stakeholders and drafting the plan for remediation.

  • Maintain a holistic view of records and information management issues impacting the Functions.

  • Draft and update Records management trainings to reflect program changes

  • Support evaluation and selection of content/records management tools, development of processes and controls to enable the efficient oversight of data quality and integrity initiatives relating to records Management.

  • Interface with the Global teams such as Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM), Resource & Location Strategy (RLS), Technology, Legal, General Archiving etc. to develop and deliver on the requirements of the Records Management Program, including development and/or monitoring of metrics to demonstrate effectiveness.

  • Review all the documented procedures and maintenance of all records/proof for the respective deliverables.

  • Prepare regular reports to keep management updated on progress.

  • Prepare content for presentations and communications for senior internal audiences.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

  • 8-10 years of overall experience with 4-6 years of experience in Records & Information Management Program

  • Communicates effectively, develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences; able to drive consensus, and influence relationships at all levels

  • Collaborates effectively by building partnerships and working well with others to meet shared objectives

  • Experience in managing and implementing successful projects

  • High degree of initiative and personal accountability, self-starter and highly motivated

  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in the use of basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
